TECHNICIAN REVVING TO LIMITER: Brought my Elantra N, on July 27th, with just over 10,000 miles to get warranty work done. Had an appointment to drop my car off by 9:30 AM and got the pick-up text at 2:51 PM. Seems fine right. Thats until I realized all they did was order the parts and not do any work to it. Mind you, the warranty work was for peeling vinyl wrap on the top window trim around all four windows. Took them 5 hours to order the parts and text me to come pick it up. Why? Worst part about this visit. Was the technician (Aaron Barkley) that worked on my car decided that revving my possibly cold engine to the limiter, in track mode, was a good idea. Doing so requires Aaron Barkley to slam the accelerator down until the rpm hits the limiter to force the car to produce pops and bangs. This incident added unnecessary engine wear, possible warranty issues, and potentially damaged my powertrain. Luckily, I have a dashcam that recorded his fun time. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful to any customer. UPDATE: Spoke with the service manager today, July 29th, to get a document of the incident. Instead, the service manager threatened to have me trespassed and told me to never return. The day prior, he assured me he could provide me a paper copy for my records in our meeting. The service manager decided that me videoing his unprofessional and disrespectful responses was too incriminating and walked away. It seems he never intended to give me any document. The general manager (George Leslie) hasn’t responded to my email, reached out, or provided a documentation of the incident. I’m positive, the technician (Aaron Barkley) was not reprimanded for abusing my engine. Therefore, I can only conclude that this dealership is corrupt to the core. The service manager being afraid of a camera tells me that he doesn’t want to be held accountable or responsible for what he said. Georgia is a one party consent state. Therefore, your policy doesn’t trump the law. I do not recommend this dealer.... 0 stars.....

I stopped by the service center to get help with my fuel door on my Tucson. I only had enough gas for 30 miles so stopped to fill up. However could not get the fuel door open, had to leave and drive to the dealership for help. I was not able to wait the estimated hour due to an appointment so I was going to have to attempt to make it home. The lady asked a technician to see if could pry it open to see what parts were needed and I would come back. He was kind enough to do it right then, went to look at it and pushed in the center of the door and it actually opened up. I was extremely happy he got it open. I was so thankful for their help and drove straight to the gas station. Not only did they assist me getting my walker out of the back to go inside she was kind enough to put it back inside the car for me. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and so customer focused. Thank you so much!

She was very helpful in transferring all my devices from my old vehicle to the new one. Although I was originally considering another make, she convinced me to stay with Hyunndai.
