She was very helpful in transferring all my devices from my old vehicle to the new one. Although I was originally considering another make, she convinced me to stay with Hyunndai.

I told the salesman I did not want my credit score ran more than once. He ignored me and ran it so much it dropped my score over 200 points. This is wrong on multiple counts. They have lost my business forever. Stay away from these losers. They don’t care about you and will lie to you without blinking an eye. They also love to bombard you with texts and emails. Several times a day or more for weeks on end. Again, run away from this dealership. They are low class and low quality people.
This is a typical dealership. They put up a car price online and then tried to say you have to use their financing if you want that price. Which the listing did not say anything like that. Then they add 3k worth of add ons that are not optional which again is unnecessary. The salesperson was so nice! She wasn't pushy at all so they get a star for that. Worst 5-6 hours of me and my daughters life spent here today 1/3/24. Started off at 2:30 with her vehicle of choice, said she didnt qualify because of score. Suggested a vehicle around 18k. However she qualified for 30k around 6:30pm? Now how did that happen? After insisting on putting my daughter in 3 cars she did not want, they gave an approval for the first one she saw 5 hours before. But wait , with an added $3500 after “approval”. Shocked that Hyundai allows this dealer to sell their cars. Their mode of operation casts Hyundai in a very negative light. Advertises competitive prices and then adds a lot of bogus fees. A $35,000 car quickly becomes $40,000 with nothing more than forced dealer add ons. Hyundai should be embarrassed to be represented by such a deceptive dealership. If you are considering visiting this dealership, don’t just walk away - run. Don’t waste your time. If we collectively boycott these types of dealers, they will either change or go bankrupt.

I researched looking for a vehicle online before purchasing. The price online, the dealership price was why I came to this dealership after losing my vehicle in Hurricane Helene. I had great communication with the staff prior to my arrival.
The price at the dealership ended up being $5,000 more! Jason the manager stated that the price online is only to bring customers in. It was very misleading! How do you trust the integrity of the dealership after that?

OMG! Great experience at this fine dealership. The management and sales people went out of their way to give us one of the finest experiences we’ve ever had at a dealership. The service staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed me to bring my very old dog inside with me. It was unfortunate that they couldn’t access my Genesis service agreement or wash my car once the service was completed. Again, while the staff were extremely friendly and did their best to help, I’ll be taking my vehicle to a Genesis dealer in the future.
